An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received via our payment partner, Razorpay, or upon confirmation of a Cash on Delivery order where offered. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via our logistics partner, Shiprocket, to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and on the product page; delays due to courier or logistical issues beyond our control may occasionally occur. 4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
